Money = Energy. We are dedicated to keeping prices reasonable so that relaxing here at Turtle Dreams doesn’t stress you out financially!

Standard Room Rates

Private Bath with King Bed: $90 per night (The Sun Room)

Private Bath with Queen Bed: $80 per night (The Dreamin’ Tortoise and Terrapin Station)

Shared Bath: $65 per night (Yurtle Turtle)        
($35 if in conjunction with any of our other rooms!)

Rates Clarified

Rates are for single/double occupancy. Additional family members/friends are welcome to share your room: children under 8 stay free, $15 for each additional older child guest, $20 for each additional adult guest per night.

From May through October, a two (2) night minimum stay is necessary when Friday or Saturday nights are included.  Reservations made within one (1) week prior to stay will be exempted from the 2-night minimum.

Cornell graduation weekend/Memorial Weekend, we have a three (3)-night minimum.

Please take into account that there is an additional 11% combined state and local tax.

Special Rates and Discounts

10% discount on stays of four nights or more.

15% discount on seven nights or more.

20% discount for renting all four rooms for at least two nights. 

Please give us a call if you are interested in our B&B as an event site for your birthday, anniversary, bridal or baby shower, wedding, reunion and/or other special occasions.  We offer special rates and packages.

Cancellation Policy

In the event your plans change after the reservation is made:

You will not be held responsible for the cost of the intended stay if canceled with at least ten days notice.

Within 10 days of the arrival date, rain checks rather than refunds are available.  You are responsible for the full cost of the intended stay but we will send an e-coupon for a future visit.

If you do not give any notice and do not show up for the intended stay, you are responsible for the full cost of the nights reserved with no rain check offered.

No refunds are given for early departures; however, we may be able to issue a rain check for a future stay.

Rates for Cornell Graduation Weekends/Memorial Weekends 2007-2009

All over town prices skyrocket for these weekends. We also raise our prices but have a very special deal to offer.

Our rooms with private baths will cost $150.00 per night; rooms with shared baths will cost $130.00 per night. All rooms will have a three-night minimum.

Now for the special deal: once you have reserved for this weekend, we will provide you with four e-coupons good for a $55.00 per night stay, one night per coupon. This is a significant discount off of our regular room prices.

This discount enables you to visit your children in college, or simply vacation in this lovely area, without spending an arm and a leg. Reservations for these coupon nights must be made in advance and are dependent on availability.

Cornell Graduation Weekend/Memorial Weekend Payment and Refund Policies

All quoted rates do not include 11% NY room and sales tax.

Full amount is to be paid in advance; one half is due upon reservation of stay and the other half will be due by January 1st of the year of your intended stay. 

Cornell Graduation weekend reservations are non-refundable after January 1st of the year of your intended stay.

How to Make Reservations

Reservation requests may be made via email and phone. Please call between 8 am and 10 pm, as Turtle Dreams is also our home. Leave a detailed message if we are unavailable to answer your call and we will get back to you ASAP.  A MasterCard or Visa number will secure your reservation.

We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard for payment.  Ask us about our barter/WWOOF opportunities.
